Every player will be required to raise $75 for our Raffle (you can opt out of the fundraiser for $75 when paying for registration). Tickets sell for $5 and will be available for pick up during equipment handouts. Once you sell the minimum of $75 worth of tickets, anything above that will be eligible for a refund of 50%. Therefore if you raise $150, the first $75 goes to the league, the next $75 will be split evenly between your registration refund and the league until the registration fee level is reached. If you choose to participate in the fundraiser a $75 deposit check will be collected at the equipment handout. The check will be returned when the fundraising tickets are sold. The player will not be allowed to participate in practice or games until either the tickets are sold or the deposit check is cashed.
No Refunds for any reason: Players will not be allowed to participate in the Coventry Youth Football Program until payment is made in full and the fundraiser/opt out is complete. The league provides game uniforms, practice uniforms, helmet, shoulder pads and one mouthpiece and sneakers for cheer. Football parents will need to provide cleats and a cup. Fees include use of game uniforms, football or cheer equipment. Uniforms and equipment are the property of Coventry Youth Football Organization and must be returned at the end of the season. A $100 equiment bond will be collected prior to issuing equipment and it will be returned at the end of the season if equipment is returned. If the equipment is not returned on one of the handin dates the check will be cashed - no exceptions.
Registration for OJR Residents only unless you played with us last season. Out of district residents will be placed on a waiting list. If you are out of district and did not play last year and do not live in the Boyertown, Pottsgrove, Spring Ford or Upper Perk School district, please fill out the registration but do not pay, we will let you know if a space is available in mid June. Player does not need to attend OJR Schools but one parent needs to reside within the district to avoid being placed on the waiting list if you did not play with us last season.
